BTS Califor-ni-a | The Drifters Tour

I thought I’d share with you some BTS from our shoot trip to California.

Alice Roberts, Ashlea Penfold and myself have just wrapped two and a half weeks of solid shooting, and with those two weeks came new friends, amazing locations, a buttload of laughs and some pretty cool images.

We started our trip in the hills of Ojai with our fave little Hawaiian Leila Thomas. Trespassing into an old hippie commune, we shot into the sunset, not shortly before getting kicked out for our smoke grenades and being told the Fire Brigade was on it’s way.

Next was our 4 day shoot with Cotton On Body in Palm Springs with legends Lauren Wasser, Gabrielle Richardson, Cambria Marie, Alex Knight, Koreen O’Diney & Joy Corrigan. (Big thanks to Candy & Mon for making it happen)

From there we escaped the Palms and headed for Joshua Tree where we stole Leila again and shot a creative shoot halfway up a huge hill. Mister Zimi followed along with another magical editorial with legend head Chelsea Gilligan. We can’t wait to show you…

Back to Palm Springs after that for our last few shoots with doll face Terra Jo, aka TJ. Lazy Bones, Le Tarte and one super sexy magical shoot in a location that took us a whole day to track down on Google Earth. Definitely stay tuned for that one.

Big thanks to Vision Models for all their help finding the perfect girls. Thanks to all the models and now friends who we got to shoot and get to know. You’re all bloody legends and we love you. Thanks to Cotton On Body, Mister Zimi, Le Tarte & Lazy Bones for coming onboard for this Cali adventure. To my agent, Gary Saunders from Talentland, thanks for putting up with all my stressing over the past 4 months and for the amazing support and help with organising this trip.

And lastly but not least, Al and Ash, thanks for being absolute creative magical gems. It was nothing but good times every day with you guys.
