If you’re anything like me, your life revolves around the next weekend away, that road trip up the coast or the long awaited overseas summer holiday. The world is there to explore. It’s our reason for our search for wanderlust, the search for the unknown & the road less travelled. Travel, it feeds the soul, nourishing us with new experiences with far away cultures and people and places.

I don’t need much encouragement to travel if you know me at all. It’s in my blood. But I do often feel nostalgic when I find a beautiful travel quote that may of summed up a past trip, or a dream about a future one. So I’d like to share with you my favourite quotes and images from some of my past trips that keep me longing for the open road…

And we travel, in essence, to become young fools again- to slow time down and get taken in, and fall in love once more. | Pico Iye
