I think I have actually found real paradise. I’ve stepped foot on the island that I can say is the most picture perfect island I’ve ever seen. It’s called Tau Island and it sits on the Tonga ridge line in the Tongatapu Group of islands here in…. you guessed it, Tonga.
The island is surrounded by the clearest water I’ve ever seen, sandy bottom for ages before you see the surrounding reef. There is a long sand spit, perfect for your sunday arvo beach bbq or quiet afternoon swaying in a hammock tied between two coconut trees. You can walk around Tau island in less than 5 minutes, it’s your own tiny slice of paradise, for an afternoon.
Enjoy the images kids.
